Our Corporate Office in Morristown, NJ is looking to hire a highly professional, Director, Education and Training to join our team. This role is critical to our company's goals and initiatives as we are expanding our organization structure in support of our exciting growth expectations.

This critical role will be responsible for providing the global direction, program and policy development, process development, implementation and delivery, across all elements of the organization both field and administrative, as it relates to education, training, career development, onboarding practices, CEU requirements, standard operating procedures and compliance adherence.

The education program will incorporate the strategic goals of the company in such a way as to measure and monitor progress in an effort to support consistent, evidenced based, outcome focused, culturally sensitive, developmentally appropriate care for patients across all facets of our clinical and administrative practices. This education is inclusive of coordinating onboarding training from the onset of an employee through the lifecycle of an employee, to the separation of an employee. The role will identify best practices across departments and clinics and develop and coordinate strategic quality improvement education programs. The role will monitor the adherence of Company processes against the education programs and quality improvement programs.

This role will work with outside resources to create educational programs, forums and platforms to provide a vehicle for clinician required CEU’s. The standard operating procedures of the company will be created within this department, kept current and disseminated accordingly.

The Director will also coordinate all compliance programs (billing, clinical, accreditation) and ensure that all elements of the compliance program remain current adopting new action items as necessary and disseminating information on a regular basis, updating as required based on internal or external circumstances.

This role will report to the Chief Administrative Officer of the Company.
