Heather Morgan CPO
Heather graduated from the University of Maryland College Park and obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biological Resources Engineering in 2004. In 2008 after completing her residency and receiving honorable mention on her prosthetics residency research, she obtained her prosthetics certification through the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics (ABC). In 2008 she also attended the University of Connecticut at Hartford to further her clinical knowledge and obtained her ABC orthotics certification in 2010. John is a board certified Orthotist who has been practicing since 1999.
